Big Sammy's Car Wash

I thought my wedding ring had been lost in the vacuum system, and Frank at Big Sammy’s was incredible. He put me at ease, explained exactly how they search the entire system, and made me feel heard and reassured. Thankfully, we found the ring. Frank’s professionalism and compassion went far beyond anything I expected. Outstanding customer service. Five stars all the way!

Excellent service! Enthony did an amazing job cleaning my car, especially the tires—they came out looking brand new. The car wash was thorough, professional, and the results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this car wash and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Enthony!

Had a really good experience here. As a member, the pricing is honestly a great deal and definitely worth it. The service was great too. Danny was especially helpful and even took the time to help dry and wipe down my car, which I really appreciated. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and my car came out looking super clean. Will definitely be back!

Big Sammy’s Car Wash has the best customer service! Ryan was walking around today offering free tire shining while I was at the vacuum station. What a nice touch! I am hooked as a loyal customer. My car is away so shiny and clean. I recommend becoming a Monthly Member. It really pays off!

I had such a great experience at this car wash thanks to Maddie! She was so sweet, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my car looked amazing. She even took the extra time to shine my tires, and they looked perfect after. You can really tell she cares about her job and about making customers happy. Employees like her are the reason people come back. Her managers should know they have an amazing worker on their team!
